Using The Airport Transfer Service
Unlike other complimentary airport services, such the complimentary airport lounge or complimentary valet parking, there isn't a single system or app that you can use in order to utilize the complimentary airport transit service.
Banks and card providers that offer this service, use different partners to get you from you home to the airport.
Pro Tips:
- Except the MasterCard offer with Careem, airport transfer has to be booked at least 2 days before travel date.
- High-end ENBD MasterCards, such as the Marriott Bonvoy World Elite Card, offer both the discounted airport transit with Careem and 4 free airport transfers on ENBD portal.
- Careem/MasterCard discount does not apply to Hala rides.
- You're better off using the bank's free rides for trips from the airport rather than to it. Airport pickups come with a surcharge, which means the AED 110 discount gets used up faster. Save the discounted Careem rides for trips to the airport, where you’ll get more value.
